The Medical Laboratories Department at the College of Health and Medical Technologies held a training course entitled (The Importance of Blended Learning and How to Create Electronic Learning Platforms), at eleven thirty in the morning on Monday and Tuesday, 3-4/6/2024, in which the following figures participated:

1- Lect. Dr. Muhammed Habeeb Dakhil – Chairman.

2- Asst. Lect. Abbas Nadhim Bardan - First Lecturer.

3- Asst. Lect. Ali Iyad Abdulhassan - Second Lecturer.

4- Asst. Lect. Iman Ali Atiya - Rapporteur.

The course, in which an elite group of teachers participated, tackled the importance of blended or hybrid education at this stage, because it combines traditional face-to-face education with online education according to educational objectives, and provides a combination of face-to-face educational activities and online interaction, which allows an integrated learning experience. It is worth to say that the systemic approach of teaching develops the use of embedded technology while it is maintaining the features of face-to-face interaction.

The participants received theoretical and practical lectures on how to create electronic learning platforms. Besides, the course administration conducted tests for the participants, and distributed a form at the end to survey opinions about the course in terms of the time of its holding, the lectures it included, and its lecturers. After that certificates were distributed to the participants who successfully passed the tests.
