I am pleased and honored to welcome you to the distinguished Sawa University, which is considered as one of the best new universities. I would like to assure you that we work hard to provide a distinguished and stimulating educational environment, and we strive to provide the best academic and training programs that meet the needs of the labour market and achieve our professional and academic goals.

This university was established to provide higher education and training opportunities in several fields: health and medical technologies, engineering technologies, law, and education to meet the needs of the labour market in these important fields.

At Sawa University, we guarantee our students a unique and integrated educational experience, combining scientific theories and practical training which qualify them to face realistic challenges in the labour market. The academic programs at the university were designed in cooperation with academic experts who possess scientific and practical experience in accordance with the latest scientific technologies and methods.

At Sawa University, we believe in the importance of higher education and scientific research, as well as their vital role in developing societies and raising the level of services provided to society in our country. Therefore, we are keen to provide all the necessary resources to enable students to achieve their dreams, as well as the active participation of professors in the scientific research movement through their distinguished products and patents registered locally and internationally, and the extensive participation of our teaching staff in scientific conferences inside and outside Iraq, holding specialized workshops and seminars, and providing services to the community so that the university is an integral part of society and contributes to increase scientific, cultural and moral awareness.
