My dear colleagues, my colleagues, and my professors in the sanctuary of science and holiness, may God bless you as you are immersing yourself in the trenches of knowledge and pushing through the paths of knowledge, and presenting what you have received from the fruits of knowledge; To spread it as fragrant roses for your loved ones; To enlighten them the path of knowledge and keep them away from the oppression of ignorance, and this is only through the authority that the noble verse referred to, which is the knowledge that cannot be achieved without feeling responsibility towards the work entrusted to you, for the success of the university and its advancement and taking the ladder of progress depends on you and depends on The extent of your cooperation and active participation in the success of this academic scientific edifice, and we all hope for your high determination that does not stop at any limit and dissolve with it the difficulties and the dissolution of obstacles. I thank everyone who participated in standing up, even with a sincere intention, to the success of this scientific edifice, which is one of the tributaries of science for our governorate in particular and for our dear Iraq in general.
