Vision:

Sawa National University aspires to reach the highest level of developing its scientific and administrative staff, and to keep pace with modern scientific and educational curricula.

1- Preparing a generation of highly educated professionals who contribute to achieving the comprehensive human development of society. 
2- Developing the level of education, and providing an appropriate scientific environment for students, to ensure excellence in the fields of preparing educated professors who have a high degree of competence, and who have deep knowledge in their field of specialization.
3- Continuing to develop and improve scientific research in the light of contemporary educational and scientific theories. 
4- Community development by contributing to initiatives and research, training and advisory programmes, within the framework of strategic partnership with local and international institutions.
