The Director of the Office of the Human Rights Commission in the Governorate, Dr. Majid Al-Jayashi, praised the fruitful cooperation shown by our university's presidency in organizing activities and events that promote human rights.
This came during his meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Mudher Abdullah Al-Dhalimi. He emphasized that the university's awareness-raising and educational activities in this field for its faculty, students, and employees over the past years, as well as its active participation at the governorate level, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and exhibitions, have had a positive impact. The conference supports everyone's efforts to promote individual rights in our society and combat the social ills that are invasive.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Ghanim Najeeb Abbas, a member of the University Council and head of the University Psychological Counseling Department.
