On the Occasion of the New Academic Year, Our University Holds an Open Seminar for its Faculty

To mark the start of the new academic year, our university presidency held an open seminar for its faculty. At the beginning of the seminar, which was held in the university's Grand Conference Hall, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Muder Abdullah Abdulaai, welcomed the attendees, wishing them a new academic year filled with knowledge, work, success, and excellence. Moreover, it would be a continuation of the creative and innovative work of the previous academic years. He praised the efforts made during this year, which culminated in the graduation of competent students who bring with them knowledge and creative skills to support state institutions and the private sector with competent, trained, and ambitious expertise.

The Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Turki Muftin Saad, emphasized that, as we begin this blessed year, everyone must adhere to the instructions, laws, and administrative directives issued by the university presidency and the college deans, and work as a team to fulfill the college's administrative obligations. The Assistant President for Academic Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Safaa Mustafa Hameed, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the attendees for their tireless and fruitful efforts during the previous academic years. He touched upon the rights and duties of university professors in the field of teaching and membership in scientific and administrative committees at the university, colleges and departments, in addition to other academic and research obligations to achieve the goals of the university’s academic plan, which we have prepared together and are achieving together with God’s help.
