Meeting of the Assistant President of the University with the Technical Support Team to Follow Up on Student Participation in the Higher Education Reading Award
The Assistant President of the University for Academic Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Safaa Mustafa Hameed Al-Janabi, held a meeting with the Technical Support Team. During the meeting, they discussed the mechanisms for monitoring student participation in the third edition of the Higher Education Reading Award, launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The award targets undergraduate, graduate, and international students at Iraqi universities.
During the meeting, the need to prepare all technical and administrative requirements to facilitate student registration through the competition's electronic platform was emphasized. The need to ensure that all participants receive an electronic copy of the book "The Problem of Culture" by the Arab thinker Malik Bennabi is available. Furthermore, preparations for the electronic exam, scheduled for October 4, 2025, were also monitored.
Al-Janabi emphasized that the University Presidency is keen to support its students and encourage them to actively participate in such cultural and knowledge-based initiatives, which contribute to develop their scientific and intellectual capabilities and enhance their academic presence at the national and international levels.
