"Baghdad: The Capital of Tourism – A Photography Exhibition"

In encouragement of the efforts exerted to support "Baghdad: Capital of Tourism," and to contribute to highlight the city's ancient history and enhance cultural and intellectual awareness of its rich history, the Department of English at the College of Education at our university held a comprehensive photography exhibition. The exhibition included a collection of photographs by the prominent Iraqi photographers Rifaat Chadirji and Latif Al-Ani.
The Assistant Professor Dr. Nada Sami Nasir, Dean of the College, stated that the exhibition, held in cooperation with the Student Activities Department and the Educational and Psychological Guidance Division at the University Presidency, is a collection that reflects the modernity and diversity of the city in the 1960s and 1970s, showcasing its society and various daily activities before the country was swept into decades of successive catastrophes.
