The Head of the Anesthesia Department at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Dr. Dhia Yahya Azeez, published a scientific research entitled (Aluminum Oxide Nano Porous: Synthesis, Properties, and Applications) in a journal indexed in Scopus databases in collaboration with an international team of researchers.
The idea of the research revolved around clarifying the final structure of non-oxidized porous alumina due to the mechanism of growth of this layer in the presence of an electric field and thus the penetration of electrolyte types into the oxide layer. The effect on the geometric factors of the structure of porous alumina such as pore diameter, pore distance and wall thickness were discussed, as well as the thickness of the barrier layer.
Moreover, our university has strengthened the research partnership with distinguished researchers from international universities in order to raise the level of scientific research at our university and go ahead with confident steps towards distinguished scientific achievements.
This achievement was appreciated by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Mudar Abdullah Al-Dalmi, and the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Aqeel Sarhan Muhammad, wishing the researcher more creativity and scientific and academic progress in the service of our university and our dear Iraq.
