A Scientific Symposium on the Occasion of World Quran Day
On the occasion of World Quran Day, and in accordance with the program approved by our university, the Deanship of the College of Education, in cooperation with the Deanship of the College of Engineering Technology, held a scientific symposium at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. The participants were:
1- Dr. Ali Jawad Kadhim - Chairman.
2- Dr. Nada Sami Nassir - Lecturer.
3- Dr. Ratib Raheem Khadir - Rapporteur. The symposium addressed the celebration of this blessed day on which God Almighty sent the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) with the Islamic message to all of humanity, calling, giving glad tidings, warning, and as a shining lamp, confirming what was before him of the heavenly books, the Gospel and the Torah, with all the verses they contained. God Almighty revealed the Holy Quran to be the way of life for all of humanity, spreading goodness, blessings, mercy, and tolerance among all human beings.
