A new issue and greater ambitions.. The ninth issue of (Samawa Al-Kubra Magazine) has been released.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sawa Private University, Dr. Mudher Abdullah Al-Dhalimi, said:
"We are pleased to release the ninth issue of the quarterly archival documentary magazine specialized in the history of Samawa Al-Kubra, "Samawa Al-Kubra Magazine", which is issued by our university in cooperation with an elite group of researchers and writers, so that this effort represents a reinforcement of our university's endeavor to build a knowledge society in which every individual can renew and create information and knowledge and access it, and use it so that all possibilities can be harnessed to advance and develop our society, by disseminating knowledge, producing it and employing it efficiently in all areas of societal activity from history, economics, civil society, politics and private life, to achieve the advancement of human development, leading to the advancement and progress of society. This is based on the principle that universities are the foundation on which societies advance and progress, through the importance of the science and knowledge that they produce and disseminate among the members of society, and the scientific and cultural knowledge that they transmit across generations, and their effective role in preparing productive human staff, and contributing to development in all its forms, as the university is a social phenomenon with its developmental dimension and its social, cultural, value-based and economic missions. It is the institution that bears the responsibility of effectively contributing to the progress and development of society, through its interaction with its problems with the aim of obtaining scientific and practical solutions, as the university and the academic institution face an important and great responsibility in building the knowledge society, through serving it, generating ideas, disseminating knowledge and information, building knowledge and linking science and knowledge to the labor market, and opening new channels for learning, as it is one of the main sources for producing knowledge, and providing its beneficiaries, whether faculty members or students, to enable them to obtain the desired results from scientific research in order to develop and advance society, as scientific research has become one of the important criteria for measuring the degree of development and progress of countries and universities at the same time, and in spreading scientific ambition among learners in order to acquire scientific knowledge, develop it and apply it in society and advance it to the best economic, social, political and cultural levels."
