A new book, "Active Regional Powers in the Middle East and the Determinants of Their Rise: Iran and Turkey as Case Studies," has been published by Dr. Younis Shua'il Ajil, Assistant Dean of the College of Law at our university and an academic writer.
The book is divided into four chapters. The first chapter examines Turkey's foreign policy and the impact of the Kurdish issue on it during the period 1918–2015. The second chapter discusses the American strategy in Turkey's policy toward the European Union from 1990 to 2015, while the third chapter reviews Iranian-European relations from the Iranian Revolution until the revelation of the Iranian nuclear program in 2022. Finally, The fourth chapter is dedicated to tackle the role of influential powers in the negotiations between Iran and the European Union regarding the 2015 Iranian nuclear agreement.
