Under the auspices of the respected Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Mudhar Abdullah Al-Zalimi, and the guidance of the Respected President of the University, Prof. Dr. Aqeel Sarhan Muhammad, the first course was held in the program for developing and qualifying university leaders within the framework of administrative skills - strategic planning. The lecture for the session was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Mustafa Al-Janabi, Dean College of Health and Medical Technologies. This course aims to provide university leaders with the skills and tools to develop and implement successful university strategies. The course introduced strategic planning concepts and methods, as well as practical tools and techniques to develop an effective and actionable strategy.
Important topics were covered in the course, such as analyzing the internal and external environment, defining the university's vision, mission and core values, setting goals and developing strategies to achieve them. The course will also cover techniques for evaluating performance and monitoring progress in implementing the strategy.
The course provided the participants with the opportunity to interact and discuss their own experiences and challenges in the field of strategic planning. The course provided practical case studies to enhance their understanding and application of the learned concepts.
