Under the auspices of the respected Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Mudhar Abdullah Al-Zalimi, and the guidance of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Aqeel Sarhan Muhammad, the Department of Health Administration at the College of Health and Medical Technologies held a scientific symposium on (Sustainability of Private Universities: The Perspective of Sustainable Development), in which Arshad Salman Kazim participated as a chairman, and the two lecturers, Dr. Maryam Ali Hussein, and the assistant teacher, Shahd Baqer Jahel.
The lecturers discussed the extent to which appropriate means are provided for quality education for students and the importance of working to spread green culture among workers in colleges and their departments, whether they are faculty members or staff members, by holding seminars and conferences related to preserve and sustaining the environment with the need to encourage faculty members to achieve research and studies, as well as rewards for outstanding research and studies, as well as providing opportunities to participate in conferences inside and outside Iraq, and how to re-install the infrastructure of advanced designs and means of communication and preserve renewable energy sources.
