University student rights and duties in the laws and the instructions

    In light of the directives of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Mudher Abdullah Abdulaali, and the President of the University Prof. Dr. Aqeel Sarhan Muhammad, and in implementation of the curriculum prepared by the College of Health and Medical Technologies, the Department of Optometry, in cooperation with the Departments of Psychological Counseling and Student Activities at the University, held awareness seminars for students of the sections (A, B, C), on (the rights and duties of the university student in the laws and the instructions), lectured by the Assistant Dean of the College for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Abdulazeez al-Lawzi, the Head of the Optometry Department Mr. Hussein Muhammad Kati’, the Rapporteur of the Department, Asst. Lect. Nour Ali Sayyah, and the lecturer in Department Asst. Lect. Hussein Riad Sultan.

   The seminars tackled the rights and duties of the university students in the laws and instructions which are followed by colleges, universities, and governmental and private educational institutions in Iraq. At the conclusion of the seminars, the questions and inquiries were allowed to be raised to enriched those seminars.
